We start with establishing a baseline of your performance, identifying your strengths and outlining the gaps between where you are and want to be in your leadership capabilities.
Next, we help you identify 10 or more people within your network to anonymously rate your leadership competencies. As the facilitator of this proprietary survey, we work with you to select the colleagues who will provide honest, accurate feedback. We aggregate the survey results to provide you with a clear picture of how you are viewed by your colleagues. These results will be compared with how you rate yourself in the same key competencies, and this is very helpful as self-awareness is a key quality of a highly successful leader.
